Order Cancellations:
We do our best to fulfill every order. In rare cases—like if an item is out of stock, there’s a pricing error, or payment isn’t approved—we may need to cancel your order. If this happens, we’ll let you know right away.

Product Care:  
To keep your items looking great, we recommend following the washing instructions carefully. We’re not able to take responsibility for any color fading or print damage caused by washing.

Customs & Duties:  
If you're ordering from outside the country, there might be customs duties or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility.

If Something’s Wrong with Your Order:  
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or something’s missing, please contact us within *48 hours* our Customer Service team right away. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we can't help with issues reported after this time.

Refunds & Cancellations:  
We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees, but we’re here to help in other ways.

If you paid by credit card and need to cancel your order, you can do so within *24 hours* of placing it. Instead of a refund, we’ll issue you a *store credit coupon* for the full amount, valid for *60 days*, so you can shop again whenever you're ready.

We may also cancel orders on our end for reasons like stock issues or payment problems—but don’t worry, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping & Returns Policy – Sardinia

Once your order has been dispatched, please note that *Sardinia is not responsible for delivery times or delays* caused by the courier service or any unforeseen circumstances during transit. Courier services are third-party providers and operate independently from Sardinia.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return is approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • The item can only be returned or exchanged if the item is shipped wrong or has size errors  in 24 hours of the original order date.

International Orders
For international deliveries, *Sardinia is not liable for any customs duties or taxes* charged by your local authorities upon the arrival of your order.
